Phosphate: General Assembly recommends distributing 130% of the company’s capital as cash dividends
The Jordan Phosphate Mines Company announced, through a disclosure to the Securities Commission and the Amman Stock Exchange, the decision of its Board of Directors to approve the recommendation to the company’s general assembly to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 130 percent of the company’s paid-up capital, amounting to 247.5 million dinars, provided that this decision is subject to the approval of the company’s general assembly.
